Jennifer Brunner: Not right for Ohio

Sir Walter Scott wrote in 1808 “Oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive”. This statement is so true when it comes to Jennifer Brunner, Ohio Secretary of State.

Brunner as secretary of state is responsible for all voting procedures and census counting; she is the ultimate decider of who runs for office, who is elected, who serves on election boards and whose votes are counted. Citizens across the state of Ohio have been systematically eliminated from the election process. In her first year in office she eliminated 600,000 Ohio votes; since that time she has used the power of her office to suspend and eliminate republican election workers, disqualified many officials wishing to seek office, fired election board directors, failed to seat candidates to election boards and disqualified three of her opponents from seeking office and two entries in the Ohio Attorney General race. This is illegal and a conflict of interest.

Brunner received significant funding and support from the Tides Foundation and the Democracy Alliance Group. This group, under the control of George Soros, believes “The people who cast the votes decide nothing; the people who count the vote decide everything. Soros and his foundation have established “the Secretary of State Project” with the sole purpose of electing Democratic secretary of state using Sores financial backing. These secretary of states are to interrupt the voting process by determining who can vote and how those votes are counted… votes and voter choices mean nothing. This group counts on the fact that most people don’t pay attention, aren’t interested, or don’t have the knowledge to what’s happening or don’t really care. Under Brunner’s control Ohio voters don’t know if their vote counts or even if the census count will be correct. Will the census count be correct or will Jennifer be counting?

Time after time Brunner continues to deify federal law in regards to verify elections. She refused to give local election officials the registration data they needed, although against the law she is keeping office equipment, she is not safeguarding the legitimacy of the elections, and has unlawfully diluted the votes of qualified voters. She has corrupted the voting process in Ohio. On Brunner’s five day golden week in 2008 one man admitted to signing up and voting 73 times; receiving a cigarette each time he voted. Brunner did nothing about this incident. She does not work for the people of Ohio; she works for and is controlled by George Soros, founder of the Democracy Alliance.

Jennifer Brunner is and has been a recipe for disaster. Democrat or Republican, Ohio deserves better.  Our next Secretary of State should be working for the people of Ohio not a special interest group.
