The Bluffton News is among
the oldest newspapers in northwestern Ohio. It was launched
in 1876 and has published issues weekly ever since. The News
readership area covers the tri-counties of Allen, Hancock and
Putnam counties in the Bluffton, Cory-Rawson and Pandora-Gilboa
school districts.
Subscribers receive The News in the mail on Thursdays. Individual
copies are available in several Bluffton businesses on Wednesday
afternoon.
The News is winner of several state, national and international
awards. In 2008 The News received awards in news coverage, feature
writing, columns and sports from the Ohio Newspaper Association. |
